The traditions around a BRAAI can be considerably different from a barbecue, however, even if the method of food preparation is very similar. Here we have the classic BRAAI MASALA paneer tikka recipe for you
500 grams paneer.
4 pieces medium sized red onions.
2 red bell peppers.
2 yellow bell-peppers.
500 grams hung curd.
1) Cut paneer into 3"x3" Blocks.
2) Peel and chop red onions and red -yellow bell peppers.
3) In a bowl, mix TASSYAM INDO AFRICAN BRAAI MASALA with hung curd. Refrigerate overnight.
4) Pre heat air fryers / barbecue for 20 minutes.
5) Place lemon slices onto the grill to avoid leakage or breakage.
6)Place marinated paneer, red onions and bell-peppers on top. Cook for 20-25 minutes.
7) Keep on turning and cook evenly on all the sides.
8) Serve with homemade green chutney and Rumali Rotis.

Cooking time : 40-45 minutes
