Coffee Recipes

  • Spiced Coffee
  • You will need:
  • 40-50 grams of Tassyam Coffee
  • 2tsp Tassyam’s cardamom in a powder form
  • 2tsp finely chopped fresh ginger
  • 1 ½ tsp sugar
  • 3 to 4 spoonful of grated chocolate
  • 4tbsp cream
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 litre water
  • What to do:
  • Combine Tassyam coffee, Tassyam cardamom powder and finely chopped fresh ginger in 1 litre water and brew it.
  • Meanwhile, heat the milk.
  • Pour the brewed mixture in the milk.
  • Add sugar.
  • Mix well.
  • Strain in a vessel and add it in a mug/glass of our choice.
  • Whip the cream and remove it on a bowl.
  • Pipe or spoon the whipped cream over the mug/glass containing the coffee.
  • Garnish with grated chocolate.
  • Your spiced Tassyam coffee is ready to be relished!

(Tip: you can have it hot or chilled and for munchies you can get Tassyam’s nuts or muesli)

  • Eggless Coffee Brownie
  • You will need:
  • Tassyam Coffee
  • 1 cup all purpose flour(Maida)
  • 1/4th cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/3rd cup castor sugar
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/3rd cup of warm milk
  • 1tsp vanilla essence
  • ½ cup yogurt(plain)
  • 1/4th cup canola oil
  • A mould of your choice lined with baking paper
  • What to do:
  • Sieve and combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • In another bowl, dissolve 4 to 5 spoons of Tassyam coffee in milk.
  • Make a well in the bowl containing all the dry ingredients and one by one add the wet ingredients: milk and coffee mixture, canola oil, yogurt and vanilla essence. Mix well and let all the ingredients combine into a smooth ribbon pouring consistency batter.
  • Gently pour the batter in the mould and tap the mould once on the counter.
  • Pop the mould in the pre-heated oven for a good 30 minutes.
  • Demould it and let it cool completely.
  • Cut it into squares, rectangles or any shape that you like. You can also use cutters of different shapes.
  • Drizzle chocolate syrup and serve with a dollop of vanilla ice cream.
  • Your Coffee Brownie is ready to be eaten!
  • (TIP: You can roast Tassyam nuts and add as a topping to the brownie. Also, you can make Chocolatea and sip it along with the brownie)

 

  • Instant Iced Coffee
  • You will need:
  • Tassyam coffee
  • Ice
  • Milk
  • Whipped cream (Optional for garnishing)
  • What to do:
  • In a blender add 3-4 spoons of Tassyam coffee,5-6 ice cubes and milk.
  • Blend it well.
  • Pour it in a glass, Mason jar or mug of your choice.
  • Top it up with whipped cream.
  • Your Instant Iced Coffee is ready to cool you down!

(Tip: You can add a pinch of Tassyam cinnamon for a unique taste)
